Primary Research
Research in terms of conducting stakeholder consultation with a range of users/clients:

• Conducted information audits utilising questionnaires, interviews and facilitated focus groups
• Consulted users to establish information needs via e-surveys 
• Conducted reference interviews with users (library and private clients) prior to conducting research projects, including component of managing users’ expectations.
• Consulting on projects involved speaking with staff at all levels
• Transcribed audio recordings of user consultation interviews
